Customer Solutions Architect - Central London - Up to £85k My client, a well known purveyor of financial services products, are looking to hire a Customer Solution Architect to join their implementation team and be the link between the client and the Project and Programme managers within the team to help with the technical aspects and architecture of the product. You will be an excellent communicator who is always aware of the big picture and work as an interface between client and supplier technical capabilities. The successful candidate will take ownership of designing the end to end technology architecture and solution which meets the specific needs of assigned internal and external customers, starting with requirement capture, moving through planning and execution, to final acceptance and initial system operations. KPI Clear and appropriate documentation: customer requirements, system architecture, product requirements Ownership of system architecture for assigned customers Support company implementation and development staff Guiding customer and internal stakeholders to agreement on system needs The trusted point of contact for your assigned customers Driving reviews and discussions of architecture to sign off – for both design and implementation acceptance Product Areas Developing and agreeing end to end system architecture, based on integration, installation, configuration and adaption around products in the following key areas Operational systems, Financial systems, particularly the financial and accounting aspects of ERP systems Third party integration to systems required by the customer, call centre integration, customer relationship management systems, security and provisioning systems and others as the need arises. Reporting and analytical systems for real time dashboards of operational performance Capturing requirements for localisation: country specific (language, currency); regulatory specific (privacy and security); customer specific (branding, separation of tenancy information, dashboards) Requirements: 5 years’ experience working on implementation within a Tech or SaaS organization Successful design and delivery of technology as part of at least one major business transformation Demonstrable ability in the majority of the following technology areas D365 or equivalent ERP systems CRM or other customer facing process workflow systems API and integration: ReST-full web services, micro service architecture Azure and/or other cloud provider environments Power BI, Tableau, other reporting and analytics systems Web framework and Web UI technologies 3 years lead technology architect in a customer facing role Azure B2C Authentication and authorisation, single sign on enablement Security and privacy of customer data and interfaces Data cleansing and migration tools SaaS Experience working with the following is an advantage: ITIL, project and program management methodologies Jira/Confluence for requirement tracking and progress reporting Angular 8 .NET Accounting process understanding: AR/AP, payment systems, financial fraud models, financial data management, Version control systems International experience Ability to travel regularly This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89846533
