Overview

Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Senior Technology Engineer to join our dynamic office in Manchester. As part of the Global Infrastructure Technology team, you will identify any new technologies necessary (hardware and software) in order to support new development and applications for Firm operations. As the Senior Technology Engineer, you will also be responsible for making research and design recommendations to management regarding their implementation. In this role, you will provide support for all relevant technologies and services, including but not limited to: Cisco IP telephony, Data/Voice Circuits, Cisco LAN/WAN infrastructure, Data Center design, Security, Wireless and Remote Access technologies. The Senior Technology Engineer is responsible for staying abreast of trends in the industry and understanding the impact of future software updates, releases, new techniques or languages, etc. on both current applications and for potential future development.
