Overview
An international Construction and Property consultancy is looking for an experienced Quality and Risk Manager to join the Quantity Surveying team in their Croydon offices. The Company The Quality and Risk Manager will join an international Construction and Property consultancy that provide Cost Management (Quantity Surveying), Project Management, and Health & Safety services. They provide these services to Commercial, Retail, Education, Health, Residential, and Leisure projects. The Role The Quality and Risk Manager will promote and maintain the highest levels of quality and competence across the business. Duties will include: Extensive reviews of service delivery in line with Quality management systems Maintain and improve technical standard documents Planning and programming audits Project audits across all offices Non conformance reports Maintain quality management system audit records in line with ISO9001 The Person The successful Quality and Risk Manager will have: Excellent interpersonal skills Ideally a chartered quantity surveyor or project management professional Self-starter Strong attention to detail Able to travel 2-3x per week to other office locations In return The Quality and Risk Manager will benefit from £55K - £65K Professional development inc.
