Overview
Major commercial loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its regional operation in the North. They potentially need two adjusters to improve the Leeds/Manchester axis. You will be home-based handling the full range of commercial property perils for a variety of insurer principals at all levels, including major loss, dependent upon your technical ability. You will work with colleagues in the region but should be comfortable handling losses without the need for daily supervision. Candidates should ideally have a proven track record of handling commercial property perils, although our client is prepared to consider individuals whose current bias is towards domestic, who have the ability to develop their skills into handling a pure commercial portfolio. You can live either side of the Pennines and be prepared to travel. Progress with professional qualifications through CII/CILA would be preferable but is not essential. Flexible basic salary but there is a market-leading bonus which will reward well for your personal input and performance.
