Urgent - Support Workers needed - Weekly Pay - Flexible shifts Your new company You will be working for Hays Social Care Cambridgeshire as a support worker. You will be able to choose your own shifts that suit your home life whilst providing care and support across Cambridge. Your new role You will be a support worker in various residential and supported living services across Cambridge. As a support worker your main aim is to provide therapeutically enabling care to vulnerable adults. You will be following care plans, providing personal care and joining in group activities to further growth, You will be working in groups as well as working alone - always in accordance with CQC regulations What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for these roles you MUST have worked in a social care setting for at least 6 months within the last 2 year period. You must be flexible, confident and have a clear understanding of CQC guidelines. A subscription to the DBS update service is preferred but not essential. Access to your own vehicle is also a benefit as this means you will be able to have more choice of shifts. What you'll get in return?
