Overview
Global cometics company are looking for a talented and experienced Brand and Graphic Design Coordinator to join their Marketing team. Reporting directly into the Marketing Manager, but with high interaction and involvement with the Sales Force Development and Education Teams, this role will be responsible for the concept, design, layout and production of all printing, online materials, Sales Force communication tools and Sales Force education materials. Managing and coordination of graphic resources and production processes with external vendors. Art Direction: planning, concept and execution of all offline & online brand materials - for all sales, marketing and corporate activities. Conception, design, layout and production of all printed communication materials Support the Digital Marketing Team with creation of communication tools for online Marketing activities (E-catalogs, Web-Updates, EComm Online Ordering, Banner, Facebook images etc. social media image photography) Prepare all print and/or online projects for output - either by creating PDFs or collecting print projects for output Branding/Merchandising: Working with Marketing & PR Specialist with selection and branding of recognition and merchandise articles. Social media: Support and contribute ideas to the Social Media Associate to elevate the company’s beauty positioning, raise brand awareness and increase engagement through social media efforts. Events: Support the Events Specialist with stage Design, following to preparation for print production. Maintain the department process, archive files and log projects as they come Generating and layout of presentations and ppt charts. Candidate Specification: Proficient in knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and in the latest creative software systems Advanced desktop publishing, graphic design and typographic skills Experience in photography would be advantageous Good knowledge of the pre-press and print production process Ability to colour correct and manipulate digital images Project management skills Very good organizational skills, being cost sensitive Creativity, very good understanding of the Brand Experience Knowledge of video editing tools and a photography background would be advantageous
