IT Business Analyst York - £45k Central York, by the station. We are also creating a host of customer-centric solutions that will interface with the service layer on equal footing Using Azure, DevOps and .Net toolsets. The team will consist of a DevOps Lead, Lead Full-stack Developer, Data Engineer and Operations Manager. This is how the team will start but as the company has grown from 32 people to over 100 in a year, teams will begin to grow around these roles - and this role too Private Equity backed and with the aim to go international and a forward thinking attitude to tech, working with as much DevOps, automation, Azure and AI as possible. Duties Deliver complex change projects from design through to build and deployment Carry out detailed research and analysis to back up solutions. Identify malfunctions and bottle necks and provide route cause / common trend analysis to support continuous improvement Research and investigate innovative opportunities and solutions Be a lead in the requirements gathering and design of several system and technology solutions Use your SCRUM (ideally) and/or Prince2 experience to co-ordinate team efforts Analyse and track the data in the customer portals, be able to understand exactly the measures and be able to articulate both verbally and visibly our performance against KPIs on a real time basis providing recommendations and insight for improvement/securing future business Create clearly defined requirements through rigorous investigation, analysis and review in order to define and clearly document business and user requirements Managing the project team to ensure deadlines are met and work is being carried out in a timely fashion in line with the project timeframe Benefits Work from home in the future once the new team gels Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loans Work with and learn from seasoned Architects (Technical and Enterprise)
