Overview

You'll be joining a small but busy team in an excellent environment, supporting some great brands in a really hands-on role where you will have a varied day helping to manage their customers' queries and orders. This is a frontline position where you will be managing incoming customer service calls and emails across various brands, and generally assisting with day to day administrative duties, ensuring their customers receive the first-class service they expect from the brand. - First point of contact for incoming customer service queries, via phone and email - Processing any manual stock orders, as required - Assisting with dispatching orders from stock held - Maintaining a stock inventory for limited stock held on-site - Various administrative duties associated with an online retail operation Full training and ongoing support will be given to the right person.
