Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with a business in the Stockton On Tees area that are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator. Summary of the role: 60-70% of the role will be to speak to customers that are interested in purchasing the company’s products, you will be tasked with booking appointments for the sales representatives and dealing with any queries around the order process. Location: Stockton On Tees Employment Opportunity: Temporary - Initially until the end of May 2020 Salary: £18,000 Per Annum Hours: Office Hours - Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Following up on leads from customers that have expressed an interest in my clients products Maintain and update customer accounts and records Communicate feedback from customers internally Processing quotations and orders Any other AD-Hoc administration/customer service tasks Requirements: Proven sales administration/order processing experience Previous experience calling customers back to talk them through a company’s products Proficient working knowledge of CRM Software, MS Office. Accurate at data input Excellent customer service skills Good written and oral communication skills Good numerical skills This role is not working in a call centre and not cold calling but does involve outbound calling to speak to customers about their enquiry.
