Role: HR Business Partner Location: Sydenham Salary: £20 - £25 per hour DOE (£40k - £50k) Company: Healthcare Job type: Temporary | 4 - 6 Months Are you a Level 7 CIPD HR professional with a strong background in restructures, redundancies and employee engagement? We are working with one of the largest employers in the Bromley area and supporting the HR Director to provide HR Support for an organisational redesign. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a superb charity known for being innovative and creative and is an extraordinary place to work. A current restructure means that the HR Director is looking for a HR professional to join the team and develop, support and deliver employee engagement and change management programs across the sites. Role summary Develop, support and deliver employee engagement and change management programs across the site Support operational teams to embed the Company culture Give guidance and coaching to management teams to empower all managers to make effective people decisions Provide advice on all aspects of Company policy, best practice, employee relations and employment law Maintain and promote good employee and industrial relations and ensure employee relations issues are dealt with at an early stage. Support capability development, retention and succession of on site management teams Assist and provide guidance in grievance and disciplinary issues up to and including dismissal and appeal stage Ensure a culture of trust based on open communication, where cooperation is encouraged and reinforced Support and lead various ad-hoc projects as dictated by the needs of the business unit e.g. TUPE, Restructures, etc. Experience & skills Credibility and impact to act as a true business partner to the site management teams Significant experience in a HR Manager role, ideally within a Charity or Healthcare environment Experience dealing with complex ER issues Experience with driving forward a performance management agenda Strong knowledge of current Employment Law Ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change Excellent leadership and influencing skills CIPD qualification Hours of Work and Benefits: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5pm Annual Leave - 21 days plus bank holidays Workplace pension Scheme Access to workplace wellness scheme Next steps… For an immediate consideration the next steps are Apply by clicking the link today or ring Claire or Carly on for further information and an immediate interview.
