Business Support Administrator - Bournemouth Our client, a market leading IT company is looking for Business Support Administrator to join their busy and growing team. We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience working within a busy, and at times, demanding sales office, providing support to the 2 Directors and the sales team. This is an essential role within the company, you will be involved with the management of data, quotations, invoices and contract renewals. An excellent level of attention to detail as well as a confidence with Excel is required. This is a great opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join a company who put their customer first and have some very exciting plans for the future. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing support to the Directors and Sales team Managing leads coming into the business and delegating Updating the inhouse systems Some account management duties Providing quotations and updating price lists Account duties: Credit Control, Invoicing and bank reconciliation Knowledge and Experience: An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel Confident in preparing quotations, accounts and invoices Professional communication written and spoken Salary and Benefits: Annual salary of £20-25,000 DOE 28 days holiday including bank holidays Monday - Friday hours Great team atmosphere Become part of a growing company with long term prospects This Business Support Administrator job in Bournemouth would suit candidates who have experience working within an analytical role, perhaps some experience in a support role and have excellent communication skills.
