Overview
Consumer Additions are currently working in partnership with a private equity backed hospitality brand in order to find them a Head of Finance. Based in their London head office, the business has revenues of circa £8 million with aspirations to grow. They are looking to pay between £70-£85k based on experience. The Head of Finance is a pivotal role in the business and will lead the entire finance function. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to be the most senior person within finance at this successful, multi-site hospitality brand. Responsibilities will include: Responsibility for all accounting, finance, forecasting, financial planning and analysis. Huge focus on cash flow forecasting. Responsible for weekly flash reports and monthly reports for the board. Ongoing development of financial systems and management information. Monitoring and analysis of business performance, KPI’s and business trends-identifying risks and opportunities. Manage a small team and be responsible for all transactional finance. Provide commercial analysis on new business ventures and venue openings. Experience required: Qualified accountant. Experience in a multi-site Consumer business. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Broad finance experience across commercial finance and control/reporting/transactional. Experience using Xero and Tevalis.
