Overview

Due to growth, our client a fast moving and dynamic organisation based in Maidenhead is looking to recruit a Commercial minded Supply Chain Analyst to manage EMEA Demand Forecast, Supply Plan and final Deliveries globally. This is a temp to perm role to start ASAP until mid-June (possibly longer). As Supply Chain Analyst your key responsibilities will include: Analysing EMEA S&OP demand and challenging other countries to ensure plan is reflective of target Attend weekly telephone supply calls with other departments and regions Preparing weekly campaign trackers to present at weekly review meetings Managing weekly KPI tracking and issuance of supply plans to each country Design and implementation of KPI’s across EMEA to process improvements through the control of KPI's Review processes ensure compliance, implement changes and maintain Analyse against KPI for Forecast vs supply for OTD Prepare reports and information required for markets Manage Master Data & Purchase Order process for all 3rd party countries Manage SAP order entry for direct Customers through company’s entity Customer Master Data responsibility across EMEA, ensuring accuracy across countries to agreed level Actively participating in tracking and solving issues relating to deliveries including delivery plans Liaise with Logistics team to ensure Customer contractual requirements for shipping are met Ensure all shipments are processed in a timely manner and goods arrive promptly to end customers with all required paperwork. Escalate for remedial actions where a deviation happens Support OTC lead in SAP testing as and when required This Supply Chain Analyst role will require you to also track and report on performance of time delivery and supply plans Skills Required for Supply Chain Analyst Previous experience within an analytical role (not a number crunching role) Intermediate level in Excel (Macros, VLookups and Pivot Tables) SAP knowledge is desirable A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an international company Degree in either Supply Chain or related subject Highly developed planning, communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills
