This Commercial Property Solicitor must have knowledge and experience in the Conveyancing process and be able to undertake lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, consents, secured loans and unregistered land. This also includes, drafting documents such as sale contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements, agreements for leases, transfer deeds, licences to assign, rent deposit, plus much more. The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with ideally 2 years PQE in the Maidenhead office. Qualified Legal Executives are also being accepted for this position. The salary on offer for this Commercial Property Solicitor role is dependent upon experience.
