Resident Manager - Premium Brand - Wembley Salary £38,000 to £40,000 A unique opportunity for Retail lovers If you are an experienced Customer Service Manager, particularly within Hotel or Property Management and enjoy working with different products (Fashion, Luxury, Department Stores, Premium Brands, Hotels) then this could be the perfect career change You will enjoy a trendy office to sell in and work with great supportive people. Relationships and how to build them will be crucial in this role as you will be dealing with a variety of unique stakeholders on a daily basis. If you thrive on influencing people and use your charisma to get people on board with your business plan then this role could be, once again, "the" right role for you. As the Resident Manager you will have the responsibility to make sure all sites are running smoothly both from a customer experience perspective but also from a standards and operational perspective. You will be someone who understands customer needs and wants. This is an opportunity to strategically work on emerging trends and make sure the business is up to date with what customers will also need in the future. If you currently are an experienced Manager within Property, Hotels or Retail (Fashion, Luxury, Premium brand) and have a certain "je ne sais quoi" that makes you someone whom everyone will listen to when you enter a room, then I would love to hear from you.
