Overview
Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a high profile Major Loss Director to its Main Board based in London. You will be responsible for the coordination of the existing major loss operation within the company, but more importantly, the ongoing development of our clients presence within this sector where they perceive a great opportunity going forward. This appointment is crucial to focus the attention of both existing and future markets on their Major Loss Division. The position carries Main Board status and an outstanding financial incentive programme which will attract at all levels. There will be an opportunity to create a bespoke element within the role so that you can personally tailor it to suit your needs. Our client is only willing to consider A/FCILA qualified adjusters with a significant track-record in commercial major loss work, and you will almost certainly be currently operating at Board level. If not, then you will aspire to reach this status very quickly. On the one hand you should be an excellent "team player", but your personal motivation should be to seek perfection in the major loss offering that your operation will provide for the market. You should also be confident in your ability to manage existing and create new working relationships. The package will truly reflect the quality of the opportunity, with the basic salary likely to be £150,000 plus an outstanding profit sharing system and the usual trappings of car/allowance, pension, medical care and 25 days holiday.
