Overview
As an Organisational Development and Change Manager you will be responsible for creating an environment where the Council embraces and sustains corporate change, organisational development and learning and development strategies. You will lead the learning and development function, ensuring that Council needs are identified and met. Creating a culture of continuous learning in the Council by effective engagement with stakeholders in the design and implementation of development activities is key, and you will contribute to service improvements using diagnosis, design, and innovative approaches.
