Overview
We are currently partnering with a nationally recognised brand, in their search for a SuccessFactors Implementation Lead, for an initial 12 month period. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience of playing a critical role in major HR Transformation Programmes and will have SuccessFactors implementation experience. A lot of the design work has been completed and this role will lead on all SuccessFactors implementation activities, with a focus on foundation modules initially and then some additional modules, prior to transitioning into BAU. The role will drive the centralising of HR services and increasing manager capability across the organisation. You'll be an excellent Project Manager with experience of driving HR Transformation projects through to delivery. The ability to work collaboratively is key as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors as well as internal HR and IT teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills are critical.
