Interim Successfactors Functional Implementation Consultant, Up to £650 p/d, London, 6 months A rapidly growing consultancy based in North London are looking for a Successfactors Functional Consultant to join their growing team. Helping to provide business consulting support to clients, specifically with in the Successfactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Lead Recruitment and onboarding work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to functionality. Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements Execute the day-to-day activities of Successfactors Recruitment and onboarding project for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Mentor other consultants, actively share knowledge with others to grow our practice Providing innovative solutions to the customer. Essential Skills: Successfactors Implementation Experience Flexibility to travel. Strong skills in organisation, negotiation and communication. Certified in one or more Successfactors modules.
