Overview
We're delighted to bring a brand new opportunity to the market for one of our long-standing clients - a great company to work for A traditional brokerage with core values and an absolute focus on quality service to all its clients and prospects alike. As commercial claims handler, you will be part of that quality service when it's needed most With a good working knowledge of commercial claims and ability to manage the claims process effectively and efficiently from start to finish, you will join an existing team of other claims personnel. The focus will sit across general commercial insurance with bias towards motor and liability. Experience of handling motor fleet claims would be a definite advantage although not essential. You will naturally be dealing directly with the clients and of course behind the scenes managing many internal and external relationships. With that, relationship management, clear communication skills and being highly organised is essential. Experience of handling claims from cradle to grave in an insurer broker setting is essential for this role. A great opportunity to be part of an established team.
