Overview
Head of Property Management Hours 10-7 mon-thurs, 9-6 fridays. £30-40k depending on experience. My clients are looking for an energetic passionate individual who can drive the property management department forward. The person must be very ambitious and keen to develop themselves as well as those around them. The correct individual must have a minimum of 3 years experience and be able to lead in challenging situations. The correct member of staff must have experience in the following areas The Head of Property Management -Lead a team of 4 (hold regularmeetingshire/firecarry out regular 121s) Manage training of new staff Report to the Director -ARLA qualified -Continually upto speed with the latest legislation (keeping the business upto date) -Manage renewals staff -Manage the accounts staff -Manage and grow the tradesman database -Manage the vip landlords -Developed other members of staff -Implement new ideas to stream line and grow the department The correct individual must have a healthy mix of strategy and still be hands-on due to the size of our team currently you would be expected to lead by example as well as coaching and developing the team around them. Our clients exception is to deliver strategies that lead to double digit growth year on year.
