Overview

Role: Deliver a comprehensive finance business partnering service to the organisation's current capital projects. Key responsibilities: Be a senior finance business partner responsible for the delivery of financial reporting, forecasting and development of annual budgets relating to the organisation's strategic projects. Deliver a comprehensive finance support service for the organisation by as well as being the financial lead in the production of business cases to be presented to the executive management team. Take the lead in providing robust financial analysis to support investment business cases for the organisation's strategic projects, working in collaboration with programme teams. Develop reporting for stakeholders that includes monthly review of budget performance and captures updated financial forecast out-turns based on up to date projections. Support the implementation and operation of the Group's financial appraisal and project accounting applications for the strategic projects. Feed in to post project reviews with accurate live and future forecast information. Produce and analyse information around capital components to feed through to the asset management and financial planning functions. To be a proactive point of contact for all finance related matters to applicable stakeholders. Essential: Must provide evidence of working as a Finance Business Partner in the past. Must have excellent excel and financial modelling skills. CV must have evidence of working on investment appraisals and business case preparation. Candidate must hold a full recognised accountancy qualification.
