Job ID: ACP-060220-02 Advanced Clinical Practitioner: Work within an established GP Surgery based in Kent where they have implemented workflow processes to benefit the Advanced Clinical Practitioner / Clinical team by offering a significant reduced workload. Work very closely with the senior leadership team to shape the practice and add value to the surgery as a whole. Here they listen to the ideas of its team members. This is a forward thinking surgery and management team, with trained administration staff and also have social prescribers / read code scanners in place This surgery has ran pilot schemes for better work flow processes and are continuously looking for new ways of improving the daily experience for the GPs and ANPs. Benefit from a strong workflow process, clinical support, good facilities, GOOD CQC, High Achieving QOF, strong admin support and more, to make your day to day as smooth as it can be. Regular meetings to discuss cases, share ideas and help shape the culture of the whole practice and wider team.
