Based at Kingsclere Business Park, between Newbury and Basingstoke, we provide direct to headcount candidates and contractors. As a Medical Sales Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for finding high calibre candidates for exciting medical sales, clinical support, nurse advisor and marketing roles. You will also build strong relationships with existing clients, and find new clients and business opportunities. This role is for someone who loves the buzz of sales, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where there is opportunity to earn uncapped bonus. You may have previous experience as a Recruiter, Medical Sales Representative or a Nurse Advisor, or be a trainee Recruiter with a track record of success in a previous field looking for your first role in recruitment. As a considerable proportion of our roles are for Nurse Advisors we are also happy to consider RNs, RGNs, Staff Nurses looking for a commercial Recruitment role. As a Recruitment Consultant you will earn commission on each candidate you place from day one, so we are looking for self-starters motivated by the chance to earn bonus. Candidates will have: ? Bright, dynamic and engaging personalities with excellent communication skills ? A proven track record of success in recruitment or a customer facing role • Or a trainee or Nurse keen to start a career in Recruitment ? PC skills, including word, excel, outlook and computerised databases ? The ability to commute to Kingsclere Business Park
