Exciting opportunity to join the fast-growing gap professional team. Since launching as part of the gap personnel group in early 2016 gap professional has gone from strength to strength, building a network of Consultants across the country, who service permanent and interim recruitment needs nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Midlands Team. The Division: Working with a wide variety of Manufacturing, FMCG and Logistics firms, we have established a reputation for our knowledge base, integrity and excellent service levels. As a division, our aim is to provide full support to our client base, focusing on the industry they are in, rather than the type of vacancy - from HR to Production Management, our Consultants have extensive experience and work collaboratively to ensure the client receives support that exceeds expectation and builds long-lasting business relationships. The Role: This is a 360 recruitment position that encompasses sales, search and service. Consultants are supported by Regional and National Sales Managers, as well as a talent team dedicated to marketing support, lead generation & resourcing. You will join an existing team, with a friendly team environment. With the division covering a breadth of vacancies, we welcome applications from candidates who seek to continue in their chosen specialism or who would like to take up the challenge of embedding themselves in a new market sector. Our hours of work are 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday and ideally this position will be based from our Nottingham branch with two days spent at our regional head quarters in Church Broughton, BUT we offer a range of flexible working options that we are happy to discuss during initial conversations.
