My client are going through exciting growth and are recruiting a Branch Manager to join our expanding Sales division in a fantastic city centre location. The role offers development, progression and the chance to earn uncapped commission. We are one of the UK’s largest and fastest growing independent business-to-business essential service providers with regional offices across the UK. We specialise in looking after Britain’s small businesses and currently supply one in nine UK businesses with an essential service. The Role You will be responsible for assisting with the expansion of an already successful Telesales team, overseeing circa 15 - 20 Telesales Advisor's. We require an outstanding individual who can manage the recruitment of new staff, provide ongoing training & sales coaching, whilst energising the team to achieve high levels of motivation and manage the delivery of sales targets.
