Overview
About The Role Reporting directly to the SHEQ Manager this role is responsible for ensuring that transport policies, processes and procedures are followed. Helping and supporting the various departments within the business to operate on an National basis to provide excellent customer service. Role/Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day compliance of the company vehicles, ensuring they remain legally compliant at all times and all Gold FORS requirements are met. To carry out driving licence checks, driver declaration forms and monitor vehicle tracking activities and reports. Liaise with suppliers, and vehicle management companies to book services, MOT’s and resolve breakdown’s in a timely manner. Ensure all paperwork is filed and recorded correctly, updating spreadsheets and systems as required. Dealing with vehicle accident and insurance claims About The Candidate Candidates will need to be: Highly organised and able to work under pressure. Confident and possess excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with people across all levels of the business and external suppliers.
