We are recruiting for a Traffic / Transport Planner to join an established and busy logistics company at their depot in Peterborough. The Job roles and responsibilities: As Traffic / Transport Planner you will have the following job roles and responsibilities: Duties within the department are planning, monitoring and supporting the drivers. Elements of customer service gaining answers to queries and resolving issues. Computer skills including data input, pricing and email updates. The Requirements: To be suitable for the role of Traffic / Transport Planner, you will ideally have some of the following: Must be computer literate Previous experience within the logistics / transport industry is essential Flexibility and able to work under pressure The Package: The successful Traffic / Transport Planner will receive the following: Salary - £25,000 - £26,000 Company pension Hours of work are ideally 9am - 7pm though there can be flexibility This position is based near Peterborough and is commutable from Wansford, Stamford, Peterborough and Uppingham.
