Who we are looking for We are looking for Composite Boat Builders with Resin Infusion experience. About the job Salary: £ 12-£12.50 starting rate (Skills Matrix in place, up to £14 per hour) Additional info: £1000 tool allowance bonus after 2 years service. Hours: 43 hours a week with OT available at a flat rate 8.00am – 17:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 15.30pm on a Friday The role will be varied and will depend on the applicant’s expertise. The company, design, build and repair high-quality boats, motor launches, yachts and superyachts tenders. Currently they are working on multiple 11m Carbon & Kevlar, Epoxy Resin Infusion Superyacht Tenders. About the company With a full order book until 2022, the company are at the forefront of designing and building the highest quality boats, motor launches and tenders. They integrate traditional boatbuilding skills with innovative engineering and modern techniques to build custom and semi-production vessels of the highest quality. They have recently had a major investment and redevelopment of their boatyard near Falmouth and maintain additional facilities in the Cornwall area.
