The Opportunity We are now looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Service Engineer team out on the road. The role requires an experienced Engineer who is happy to work alone or support the team with the maintenance and repair of the full range of company and third-party products in an efficient and professional manner. The Role Based from your home office, this role will be part of a team covering the North London area. As part of the Field Service Engineering team you will report directly to the Regional Service Manager. You will be maintaining and repairing communication systems to allow the vulnerable members of the community safety in their own homes. It is vital we put the customer needs first in everything that we do. This position will be very rewarding, knowing that you are helping those that really need it. Who You’ll Be An experienced Electrician with 17th or 18th Edition, Experienced in Intruder alarms or Fire and CCTV. Happy to work with elderly or vulnerable customers (Safety checks and DBS provided by Tunstall) Experience of working at height Flexible to work on our 'On Call’ rota Be able to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills Managing your own time This is a business where people are at the heart of our trusted solutions and it’s our people that sets us apart?
