Overview
Compliance Manager £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits and bonus Compliance Manager required by this International Pensions Provider based in Sale, Manchester. This is a newly created role within the firm where you will oversee and manage the overall Corporate Governance, Regulatory affairs, Risk Management and Insurance across the company. As the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for, and have experience in, drafting and rolling out new procedures and policies at all levels within the business including senior management, researching FCA standards and benchmarking existing controls against competitors and peers and ensuring that key risks and controls and identified, mitigated and reported as required. You will report into the Head of Compliance and act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders whilst working closely with the Marketing team to maintain compliant material in addition to developing and providing robust training programmes, whilst ensuring all GDPR processes are adhered to throughout the firm. Applicants must be from a Financial Services background (Pensions, Wealth Management, IFA) and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Compliance Manager role. Candidates should be also highly knowledgeable across TCF, AML and Financial Terrorism regulations.
