Overview
A South West London council is looking for an experienced Gas Inspector to join their housing team. Your new company A South West London local authority is looking for an experienced gas inspector to work under the Senior Gas Engineer within their housing team. Your new role you will be responsible to the Senior Heating Engineer for the management and supervision of the borough wide mechanical domestic and communal services contracts for domestic and communal heating, hot water services, cold water booster plant and communal ventilation systems. Responsibilities include reactive day to-day maintenance and repairs of the gas five Star contract, cold water booster plant, Communal ventilation maintenance and repair contracts and captial schemes / projects, covering major works contracts What you'll need to succeed You must have formal Training in Gas / Heating and must have Current ACS Qualification's CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 along with Unvented Certification G3 Unvented DHWS & Water bye-laws would be an advantage with relevant experience gained within the industry What you'll get in return You will be offered between £20 to £25 per hour Umbrella on a three month rolling contract with opportunity to go permanent.
