Overview
Tax Manager London (Fenchurch Street Area) £55,000 - £65,000 Due to continued growth our client has a new and exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Tax Manager to manage all relevant processes and procedures, ensuring that we remain compliant with all HMRC regulations. In this hands-on role, you will be expected to control the annual corporate tax processes,prepare forecast tax calculations as well as manage VAT processes and returns and work with HR and payroll teams on employment tax matters. You will proactively lead on all relevant matters that affect the company and ensure best practice and timeliness is implemented across all tax related issues. You will work closely with departments and subsidiaries (circa 120 UK and one Irish) and develop a good working relationship with stakeholders, demonstrating your exceptional skills to develop robust processes. Their ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant and / or Chartered Tax Advisor with extensive, demonstrable corporate tax and VAT knowledge. You will be highly conversant with all HMRC regulations and will be keen to expand your knowledge. Confident and communicative, you will be able to explain complex tax details with colleagues who aren’t as familiar with the processes. Ideally the candidate will be top tier trained with experience of working in-house.
