Overview
An international law firm and with a high ranking, are seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate in their City office. The team are looking for a junior Restructuring and Insolvency Associate at the NQ - 2 year PQE level to assist the team as well as work on their own matters independently. The role offers a broad caseload and you will therefore ideally have experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters both corporate and personal. Candidates with experience in corporate or Commercial Litigation with a genuine interest in Restructuring and Insolvency will also be considered. In this role you will draft and manage transactional documents, assist the team will all stages of contentious insolvency matters, liaise with stakeholders and manage smaller matters with minimal supervision.
