If so, read on… As Project Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer you will build and maintain strong working relationships with new clients and manage their onboarding through to completion. You will complete the technical configuration of customer products according to their requirements, as well as provide ongoing support and training. Project Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer duties will include but not be limited to; Working closely with internal colleagues to onboard clients effectively Attending configuration workshops onsite with customers to identify their requirements and define a statement of work Configuring customer products in line with their requirements and branding Demoing sites ensuring complete client satisfaction and providing user training To be successful as a Project Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have experience in technical product configuration, ideally within a client facing role. You will be a superb communicator as well as professional, personable and highly organised.
