Overview
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager, for a newly created role helping to build and develop the HR function of a growing Insurance Company in London. It will be the jobholders responsibility to manage the whole HR function and help drive change throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: Help build excellent relationships throughout the business and help coach and up skill when needed Proactively manage the company HR agenda (strategic and operational) Help advice Directors on forthcoming legislation issues/trend Be a key part of the senior executive team, and help advise and push back on numerous areas across the business Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding, helping to manage the 360 recruitment process Enhance development and training provision, with emphasis on developing key talent and helping manage careers of staff Maintain HR element of Company systems, including all associated documentation Act as the main point of contact for all ER related queries A successful candidate will At least 5 years' experience working within a Human Resources position ideally within the Insurance Industry (however this is not essential) This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for a new challenge within HR.
