Description The Benefits & Payroll Specialist role involves As well as supporting the team with monthly Payroll processing, this role will take ownership of the company's benefits administration and projects; Data mapping of benefits New Vendor enrolment for Procurement Processing of new hires, leavers, and promotions Instructing Payroll on monthly benefits changes Instructing Payroll on P11ds Benefits invoices reconciliation and approvals for Finance Managing annual benefits renewals from pre-renewal data preparation, employee communications Managing Benefits inbox, being the first point of contact for all queries Ensuring all process is documented and templates are kept up to date Updating vendors with new salary/headcount information Analysing yearly benefits take up rate Changing key benefits suppliers Preparation and launch of webinars, 1-2-1 sessions with employees Completion of post-renewal actions Updating vendors with new salary/headcount information Updating administration and communication calendar Building relationships with key brokers and vendors. Benchmarking of benefits plans to ensure market competitiveness Changes in benefits plans to help streamline administration or benefits take up Drafting renewal and post-admin communication Designing health and wellbeing programs Changing key benefits suppliers Profile The ideal candidate for the Benefits & Payroll Specialist role will; have experience in both PAYROLL PROCESSING & BENEFITS SELECTION/ADMINISTRATION/ANALYSIS will be looking to work as part of a busy in house Payroll team will be available to start immediately / on very short notice. This is a great opportunity for a temporary-to-permanent role within the organisation. will have excellent communication skills will be constantly looking to make changes and improvements. This role will act as a "number 2" to the Head of Payroll and the client is therefore looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the business. Job Offer The Benefits & Payroll Specialist role offers a competitive salary of £33,000-40,000 benefits.
