Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a well-respected Clinical Negligence practice in central London. The successful Paralegal will be working on both claimant and defendant Clinical Negligence cases. The team have worked on a number of landmark cases in recent years and are recommended in the legal directories as an intelligent practice with excellent client-care skills and a great team ethos. They are experienced in handling complex, high-value cases involving spinal injury, paediatrics, obstetric care, negligent surgery, birth injuries and misdiagnosis. Day-to-day, the successful Paralegal will liaise with clients, manage files, conduct legal research, draft documentation and prepare for trial. The ideal Paralegal will have some exposure to Clinical or Medical Negligence, but those with Personal Injury experience and an interest in Clinical Negligence are also encourage to apply. The team are very friendly with a good work/life balance too.
