Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic Team Manager to lead our highly motivated Rushmoor Older Adults Team based in Farnborough. If you are looking for the opportunity to work with a leading local authority, passionate about making a real difference to the community, then this could be the role for you. You will be responsible for managing a team that delivers primary social care services to older adults with social care needs, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to safeguard vulnerable individuals, whilst supporting team members with complex and challenging cases, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively. Known for your ability to support and develop others, you will foster a culture of excellence within the team, developing effective working relationships across the wider MDT. The team is working towards greater integration with NHS and other partners with whom we have worked hard to establish effective working relationships; in order to deliver better outcomes for the people we serve, so you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in developing this collaborative service for the future.
