Are you an experienced Tax Manager looking for your next challenge? A Big 4 firm based in Reading are recruiting for a Transaction Tax Manager. You will be working with clients of all sizes in a wide range of industries, alongside an incredibly strong network of Transaction Tax teams around the world. You will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment applying your skills to a variety of transactions. Within this role there will be a focus on the areas of the M&A market that are developing the quickest, you will be dealing with the world's largest corporate and private equity clients. This firms speed in the market and flexibility means that they are growing annually and need to recruit in order to take advantage of the current opportunities available to them. Within this team you will get a wide range of experience in all core areas of transactional work- including corporate deals, private equity, infrastructure, distressed debt and turnaround transactions.
