Overview
My client is looking for a talented Head of Management Accounting to lead a high performing finance team based in North West London. You will become part of a well-known Hospitality group who have gone from strength to strength over recent years, offering a brilliant career path for a finance professional to help spearhead growth across the group. Main Responsibilities: Reporting directly to an experienced Financial Reporting Director and Senior leadership team on certain projects over the annum Responsible for month end closing process & monthly board packs Managing a team of 7 accountants for the group, covering both hotels and restaurants Ensure that monthly results are communicated effectively to senior leadership and the MD's in the business Review and develop systems and processes, helping drive change and growth Providing guidance for the reporting team as required with variance analysis and other ad hoc work Evaluation of all monthly actual results, budgets and forecasts within required deadlines Manage the internal and external audit process Requirements: Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with PQ experience Experience within Hospitality (Desirable) Experience as a Senior Accountant
