Client Details With multiple sites across the country this Transport and Rail business is growing from strength to strength and looking to bolster the team with an Administrator - FTC. With an immediate start for the right candidate, there is an emphasis on personable individuals who can work well within teams and liaise effectively across teams. This role is ideal for anyone with a customer service background that is looking to move or progress with a career related to Finance. Situated in an easily commutable location in Bedford, they are easily commutable for anyone located in Bedford, Milton Keynes or the surrounding area. Description The key responsibilities of the Administrator - FTC will be responsible for: Performing day to day administrative tasks using financial systems Liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve any queries Maintaining accurate internal records Producing weekly and monthly reporting Creating and maintaining new customer accounts Involvement in continued improvement of processes and systems Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Line Manager Profile The successful candidate for this Administrator - FTC role will have: Be immediately available or have a relatively short notice period (1 week) GCSE level education including Maths and English Be computer literate - Excel is required An ability to apply attention to detail Be numerate and possess good written communication skills You will be used to using your own initiative and have a strong work ethic Adaptable and flexible approach to become an outstanding team member Experience in a previous Finance role will be preferred Job Offer The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary with the opportunity to grow and increase your salary over time.
