Join the Family The Integration Lead is responsible for ensuring the delivery of architecture and solutions for all integration work carried out within the Greggs system infrastructure and externally to third parties. The Integration Lead role has two main focuses, day to day solution delivery and the definition and adoption of strategy and direction to ensure an efficient and integrated solution landscape. Work Pattern Our working hours are usually Monday- Friday, you may be required to work alternative hours to fulfil business needs Responsibilities Strategy The Integration Lead is responsible for the definition of the system integration strategy for Greggs, defining the tools and integration patterns to ensure an efficient and integrated solution landscape. You will work across all Product teams and projects to ensure their delivery is aligned with the strategic integration architecture and quantify the impact of changes on the existing integration. The Integration Lead will act as a governance point for all decisions and issues pertaining to the integration architecture and interface delivery. You will need to work with the existing Developers, Functional analysts, Business Analysts, Operations team and third parties to assess the current interface landscape and define its direction. Delivery The Integration Lead will take ownership of the current integration landscape comprising a mixture of technologies and strategies. They will ensure the landscape is clearly understood, documented and the criticality of each aspect of integration is defined. Based on the current landscape, the strategic direction of Greggs and established best practice they will develop a roadmap for integration such that it can be appropriately monitored, managed and maintained. The Integration Lead will be required to assess, design and deliver changes to the existing interfaces and respond to new requirements to deliver value to the Greggs business and our customers. Skills Strong technical knowledge and practical experience of all integration types including batch and real time integration; including SOA, API and Microservices; utilisation of and transformation between various message formats including JSON, xml, csv. Knowledge of the Azure integration toolset, SAP PI, SAP Cloud Platform. Experience of integrating systems across both on premise and cloud-based environments for internal and external stakeholders. A knowledgeable and practical approach to the design and implementation of an integration architecture. An appreciation of data modelling and data lifecycle management. An understanding of the architectural implications of performance, scalability and extensibility on system design and approaches for high volume transactional integration solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, team management and inter-personal skills.
