Overview
Customer Service Manager (with SAP): The purpose of the Customer Service Manager, on behalf of the Retail Organisation is to provide a Solutions and Service principally to customers. Client Details Customer Service Manager (with SAP): Growing FMCG/ Retail business, with modern offices and offering a great environment to develop your career Description Customer Service Manager (with SAP): B2B customer service experience (essential) SAP Experience (essential) Experience of Customer Service for a tangible product (essential - not IT or Service) Manage a Customer Service team of 8 - 10 Listen into calls, coach and develop staff Deal with end to end B2B customer service from taking order, liaising with warehouse, distributor, customer and resolving any problems Dealing with pricing queries Implement customer service systems and processes to save money and drive up profits Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed. Ensure all customer queries are managed and that suitable containment's are in place to protect the customer from undue failures of Quality, Cost or Delivery performance. Dealing with customer queries. Resolving where possible and involving the correct person/ persons where necessary. Notifying Line Manager of any issues. Profile Customer Service Manager (South Bucks & South Coast) SAP Experience (essential) Experience of Customer Service for a tangible product (essential - not IT or Service) Experience managing a customer service team dealing with mainly B2B queries Experience of performance management Experience of developing teams Forward thinking An eye for detail Focus on data accuracy Team player Proactive Emotional intelligence Driven and responsible individual Right first time approach Responds well to change Process driven Experience of change management Excellent leadership skills Experience of dealing with customer complaints Completer, finisher Calm under pressure and able to react quickly to fast moving priorities Commercial mind set ablt to see the detail and overall plan Job Offer £38,000 to £48,000 dependant upon experience plus excellent package
