Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in Marlow, often voted one of the best places to work in the UK with a unique working atmosphere and superb benefits. You will be joining their Customer Services Team whose main focus is to manage the returns process from start to finish and to assist with rectifying customer billing issues for the Sales Teams. You will be working in a busy and friendly team. This role would perhaps suit someone from a retail background or with customer service experience already gained within an office. Graduates will also be considered. Duties include Requests for return and or credits Obtaining Returns Authorisation from Supplier Issuing Returns Authorisation to customer Arranging collection of goods from customer Returning goods back to supplier Logging all return details onto the system Issuing the customer with a credit note Chasing supplier credit notes Providing Proof of Deliveries Raising credit and providing a new invoice Resolving all queries and discrepancies with both customers and suppliers Skills/Experience Someone who is highly organised with high attention to detail Excellent Time Management Skills Someone not afraid to roll their sleeves up and work hard Have an excellent telephone manner Excellent communication and administration skills Good team player but able to work independently and use their own initiative Possess initiative and at times be able to operate independently. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and have excellent analytical and numerical skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
