If you like solving challenges, value continuous professional growth and are motivated to join an entrepreneurial culture then we would love to hear from you Quick Hits: 9 Years Old 275 Employees $80M in Funding Enterprise Marketing Technology Acquired UK-based SaaS business Akkroo in April 2019 The Role You will become the first UK team member of our global IT team, with the following responsibilities: Providing 1st line IT and desktop support to internal staff on a variety of Microsoft and Unix based operating systems, both remotely and desk-side IT Helpdesk service management, including ticket resolution and handling escalations Assisting with the joiners/leavers process by being responsible for setting up workstations and managing account access for business-critical systems Managing IT assets, keeping the inventory and maintaining high quality internal user documentation for the organization Protect the company, customers and partners through business continuity and information security excellence Fixing OS, application, and hardware issues for desktops, laptops and printers Providing support to internal staff for remote working arrangements and assisting with the administration of VPN, Azure Active Directory and various cloud-based services. Assisting with disaster recovery process, business continuity and backups of key system components Assist other IT staff with network and security procedures and processes Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational and time management ability Proven track record of experience providing 1st or 2nd line desktop, IT or systems administration support to end users remotely and in person Good aptitude for investigating issues and solving technical problems under pressure Knowledge of Windows and Unix based operating systems, with hands on experience troubleshooting common problems Ability to prioritize work received in person, email and helpdesk based on business or user impact Solid understanding of core networking and server infrastructure concepts Experience maintaining a corporate IT security posture and relating that posture to compliance requirements (IE: GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI, etc) Experience deploying, and supporting the following technologies in a multi-office, corporate setting: Web Based Helpdesk/Service Desk software (Fresh Service, ZenDesk, etc) Imaging new devices Apple OS X integrated with Active Directory, Windows, Mobile devices & Printers Microsoft Active Directory (Exchange Online and Azure) including managing Group Policy Mac and Windows system management and maintenance using, , Intune, JAMF, or other tools Office 365 and Exchange Online SAML Based Single Sign On integration with AD (Okta, Auth0, etc) Centralized Password management solutions (LastPass, 1Password, etc) Voice Over IP based phone network using an external vendor (CenturyLink, RingCentral, etc.) and related software & hardware Corporate LAN with Wi-Fi using Cisco Meraki networking equipment VPN technology over the WAN (Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.) What’s on offer A lot of places boast a great culture, but what’s going on here is really second to none (check out our Instagram for a sneak peek).
