Overview
Our client, a boutique investment firm, is looking for a Team Assistant with strong IT skills. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and confident graduate. You will be supporting a small team with general admin, data entry and reports. This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career in business support as they is lots of room for learning and progression. The team is busy and nice and the offices are very central (based in the City). You will be: - General admin - Liaising with clients - Supporting the sales team by answering phone calls, taking messages and organising sales files - Managing the company’s social media pages and blogs, updating the website - Data entry - Sending out invoices to clients, making sure payments are made promptly - Supporting the CEO when and as required The requirements: - Previous admin experience required - Advanced Excel and IT skills required - Excellent communication skills and phone manner - Great organisational skills - Previous client-facing experience desirable If you are a confident and proactive graduate with previous admin experience, apply now N.B: For this role Angela Mortimer is acting as an employment business.
