Administrator Assistant Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm Salary: £9.00 Temporary - Permanent Immediate start Location: LS15 My client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking candidate with a professional work ethic and a can do attitude. Main Duties: Dealing with inbound calls and transferring internally Meeting and greeting customers Printing, Binding, Shredding Dealing with the post Organising and issuing Marketing Material & updating Social Media Booking events, travel and hotels. Issuing quotations, reports and documents and following up on outstanding documents Data Input on spreadsheets. Assisting the Managing Director with admin To be considered, you must have the following: Minimum of 1 year's administration experience Strong MS Office skills including Excel Excellent communication skills. This is a supportive and friendly environment with excellent working conditions. The hours of work are 9am-5.30pm.
