Lead Developer (C#, JavaScript, SQL, Project Management - Blackpool - £40k - Bonus, Early Finish Fridays, Relaxed Dress Code, Days Out, Additional Holiday Entitlement, Career Progression) The Role This is both a strategic and hands on role that requires flexibility, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to the delivery of IT solutions across the business. The role holder will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the in-house software development team in addition to the management of the network and hardware requirements. Providing strong project management is a key part of the role. The right candidate will be excited about the opportunity to lead an ambitious team of developers, to deliver improved internal and external functionality and drive service improvements as a member of the ambitious team. Lead Developer Requirements 5 years experience Software development capability - Microsoft .NET Framework C# / Java script / T-SQL Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Demonstrable project management and projects delivery experience The Company They are a well established company that has been formed for over 15 years.
