Long term temporary domestic cleaner team leader - Immediate start - £11.59 - £13.01 per hour Your new company Working for an established expert in Property and Facilities Management based in Blackpool, your new vacancy will consist on a daily basis being a domestic cleaner team leader. This organisation take pride in delivering fully managed services across the North West and ensure the best possible service and environment is provided to the customer. Your new role Within your new role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational cleaners/staff across the team. This will include however, not limited to, planning, organising, monitoring the rotas, Reporting / recording sickness and all and Maintain staff time keeping documentation by the completion of individual timesheets on a daily basis. You will take responsibility of monitoring quality standards and undertake a weekly check. You will ensure the correct materials and products are used across the community and act as a point of contact in regards to any queries or issues relating to the service and the staff. What you'll need to succeed For this role, you will have experience of team leader duties and will have had experience and a background of cleaning at a high standard. You will be able to provide evidence of this through your CV and providing the details for 2 ex-employer references to be obtained. You will be put through a security/DBS process through Hays due to the nature of the role which you must be able to pass. You must hold a valid driving licence. What you'll get in return This role is an ongoing temporary assignment working across Blackpool. You will be working 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday (4 hours per day).
